How to Give Yourself the Credit You Deserve for your Career

Reflecting on your career progress for 2020 will feel and look different than past years. It may be tempting to chock up 2020 as a complete bust but that’s not necessary. How can you give yourself the credit you deserve for all the things you did achieve this year?

In this article on HuffPost, Monica Torres includes some excellent points about how we can avoid comparing and despairing over your career achievements. I spoke with her to include some reflections I gained from my work with clients this past year. She includes insights by another psychologist and executive coach. Please take some time to read this article and share with your friends, family, and colleagues who you feel may benefit.

Remember, you have achieved a whole lot more than your mind may initially give yourself credit for but it may require a little shifting in your perspective and digging deep.
